Fishing Mastery Alternate Advancement (AA) points do two things. Ranks 1 - 3 will reduce failure rates and Ranks 4 - 13 will allow you to raise your skill above 200.

It will cost 455 AAs to buy all ranks of Fishing Mastery.

11	95	55	Allows you to raise your skill by 5 points to 240
12	100	60	Allows you to raise your skill by 5 points to 245
13	105	65	Allows you to raise your skill by 5 points to 250

Salvage

This passive Alternate Ability gives you the chance to automatically recover an item that would otherwise be lost on a failed tradeskill combine. It is possible to "salvage" multiple items from each failed combine.

It will cost 30 AAs to buy all ranks of Salvage.
