This is the sixth of seven Tradeskill related quests to produce an item that improves in quality at each step and is a good, in-era item.

This quest line is also a pre-requisite for The Artisan’s Prize as of 2016.

You must have completed Not So Simple Jewelry, Clay Within the Beast, Food for the Injured, Scrap Oil and Counting Shadows in order to request this task.

The quest line is given by Eron Nurwistle in Dragonscale Hills. He’s located at 794, -568, 183 – at the top of a windmill near the middle of the zone.
He is on find, but mysterious forces may prevent you from getting a path.

You must have a minimum skill of 250 in Brewing to receive this task.

At the end of "Counting Shadows":

Eron Nurwistle says 'Yes, that reconfiguration works much better. For your next task, you will need to test your [brewing] skills.'

Eron Nurwistle says 'While you have been doing the other tasks, I have learned of a nostrum that may help me recover. If you get this nostrum I will give you a web made of fine tinkering gears and miniature pistons, wires, and pinions. The set of gearing will help take the jewelry to its next level. You will need to find a blue sapphire to work into the mechanism as you attach it. Are you willing to get this [nostrum]? I will only give this to experts brewers as I do not want to get something poisonous.'

You have been assigned the task 'Blood For the Cure'.

Eron Nurwistle says 'Good Good. Here is the book you need with the recipes you will be using. You will need to get the albumen of spider eggs from the bloodfang spiders within Bloodmoon. Be careful in there, it is a rather dangerous place. The beasts in there tend to congregate in groups, so you may need to bring friends to help. That decision is up to you of course.'

Though this task may seem the easiest from a quick look because there are not many steps, it will be rather difficult as Bloodmoon is not a location you are likely to find easy to navigate. The Bloodfang Spiders are deep in the zone and you must travel through densely packed foes who are very social and some of whom see through invisibility.
